Josh is a junior associate in Dickinson Wright’s Nashville office, where he focuses on handling transactional matters relating primarily to commercial real estate, healthcare, and construction. Through his construction practice, Josh has developed experience in working with the American Institute of Architects forms and construction and design agreements.

Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Josh worked at a full-service law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a regulatory and corporate attorney with an emphasis on the renewable energy and electric transmission industries. Josh also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
