Joyce is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group.

Joyce was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law School where she was editor-in-chief of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law and a National Semifinalist of the 2012 Transactional LawMeet, a competition in negotiation and drafting.
