Ms. Mohan focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation. She represents and counsels companies, both large and small, in a diverse range of industries, including construction, banking, real estate and nightlife. In addition to business litigation, Ms. Mohan has experience in consumer protection class action litigation and employment law.

EXPERIENCE

• Negotiated settlement in favor of construction company against software provider

• Assisted in obtaining final approval of class-wide, multi-million dollar settlements against corporate defendants

• Second-chair at a FINRA arbitration hearing resulting in a significant monetary award for the client against a large financial institution and expungement of damaging material from the client’s Form U5

• Successfully guided C-suite executive through contentious separation from company to starting his own venture
