Juliana Laurello has worked in our Amsterdam and Washington, D.C. offices, representing clients ranging from a foreign sovereign to government contractors to financial services institutions, in areas such as international litigation (including issues relating to foreign sovereign immunity, the Act of State Doctrine, and the Alien Tort Statute), international arbitration, complex commercial litigation, employment law (including FLSA and whistleblower claims), and consumer litigation.  In addition, Juliana has experience in cross-border eDiscovery issues.  Juliana combines her domestic and international dispute resolution skills with her international background to advance our clients’ interests in any forum.
