His corporate practice centers around M&A transactions, private placement securities offerings, and real estate joint ventures, as well as significant involvement in various transactional matters within the healthcare industry and the sports industry.

Representation spans a variety of industries, with sell-side clients generally consisting of closely-held and/or family-owned businesses (often with equity rollover components) and buy-side clients consisting of both strategic and financial buyers (including acquirers of controlling and minority equity positions)
Representation of family office clients of various sizes in their acquisition and divestiture of investment positions in portfolio companies and real estate assets
Representative transactions typically involve targets operating in the middle market, with deal consideration in $15M-250M range
