K. Catherine Roney is Morgan Lewis's deputy to the legal personnel partner. In this role, Ms. Roney works closely with the firm's legal personnel partner, as well as firm and practice group management, on all matters relating to attorney experience at the firm. She handles matters related to recruiting, attorney development, evaluations and compensation, promotions, communications, integration, and other related matters, a position emphasizing Morgan Lewis's holistic approach to all issues impacting firm attorneys. Ms. Roney also develops and implements strategic plans aimed towards enhancing the attorney experience at the firm, and creates links between various firm efforts.
