Kaitlin E. Gallen

Kaitlin (Kate) Gallen defends employers at all stages of litigation, including in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has drafted substantive briefs and coordinated responses in both class action and mass action contexts. Kate assist clients with a broad range of legal services including:

  • Employment litigation defense
  • Employee benefits and executive compensation counsel
  • ERISA litigation
  • Immigration counsel
  • OFCCP / Affirmative Action plans
  • OSHA counsel
  • Restrictive covenants and trade secret litigation

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Kate was a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Russell of the Supreme Court of Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri Law School, where she was the Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review.
