Keith Salmeri is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use, and Banking & Financial Services groups, where he represents developers, landowners, lenders, and individuals in a wide range of matters for the real estate and banking industry, including commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing, loan transactions, and land development projects.
Mr. Salmeri earned his J.D. from The College of William and Mary School of Law. He earned his B.A. magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey. Additionally, he is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Salmeri was an Associate for another New Jersey law firm and previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr., A.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey.
