Kelly R. Anderson is an Associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims, litigation, and arbitration, as well as providing preventive advice and counseling.

While attending law school, Ms. Anderson served as Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She was the recipient of the Seton Hall Law Success Scholarship and the James and Diane D’Agostino Success Scholarship. Ms. Anderson was also a 2014 semifinalist in the Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Anderson worked at a large New Jersey law firm defending public and private employers in litigation and arbitration. Ms. Anderson also served as the multicounty litigation law clerk to the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, J.S.C. in Bergen County and interned for the Honorable Anne M. Patterson, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
