Kenneth J. Ludlum assists clients with a wide range of corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, securities compliance and disclosure obligations, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate governance.

While in law school, Ken served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and for the Honorable John L. Musmanno of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Ken served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Analysis & Writing program.
