Kristin Gladd focuses her practice on regulatory counseling and appellate and administrative litigation, with a particular emphasis on air, climate, and energy matters. She regularly counsels clients in the chemical, refining, and fuels industries on a variety of programs and compliance issues under the Clean Air Act and other federal and state environmental laws. Kristin also guides clients through all stages of the administrative rulemaking process, including appellate review. In addition to her regulatory practice, Kristin has litigated on Clean Air Act and energy law matters before the D.C. Circuit and administrative tribunals, including the Environmental Protection Agency’s Environmental Appeals Board.
Kristin was selected to participate in the ABA’s Leadership Development Program for the Environment, Energy, and Resources Section and previously served as a Vice-Chair for the Air Quality Committee. She is also an elected member of the Vermont Law School Alumni Association Board of Directors.
