Kristina DiPano practices in the area of food and drug law. Ms. DiPano advises domestic and foreign clients on matters of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and international regulatory compliance. Specifically, she works with companies to obtain food-contact regulatory clearances in the U.S. and abroad.
Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Ms. DiPano was awarded a legal fellowship to work under the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Branch of the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Ms. DiPano worked on matters concerning technology transfer of government-owned inventions and administrative rulemaking.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Ms. DiPano served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law, and was a member of the Health Law Association.
