Kwaku is a member of our Corporate and Transactional group and works on matters ranging from governance, finance, and securities, to a variety of other issues affecting public and private companies. Having earned an MBA prior to law school, Kwaku applies a deep understanding of business strategy to better understand and address his clients’ challenges and opportunities. Kwaku has also counseled start-up and early stage companies as they navigated issues of entity formation, shareholder agreements, and vesting options through the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Leadership Center at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Prior to his legal career, Kwaku worked as a business intelligence analyst for a large multi-hospital healthcare system for nine years. Kwaku brings an analytical and pragmatic approach to legal issues as he helps clients achieve their strategic goals.
