Counsels employers on a wide range of topics, including discrimination and harassment, disability accommodation, leaves of absence, and wage and hour issues
Drafts and assists clients with the implementation of human resources policies and employee handbooks
Conducts workplace investigations for clients
Ms. Monaco began her legal career as an Associate in the Employment Law department of a major international law firm. Afterward, she served as a Law Clerk for Magistrate Judge A. Kathleen Tomlinson and then for Judge Denis R. Hurley, both of the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Monaco later joined a New York boutique firm focusing on management-side labor and employment law and litigation as an Associate.
