Ms. Garraux is an experienced commercial litigator. Her practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including contract and business tort disputes, shareholder governance matters, including fiduciary duty litigation and challenges to mergers, acquisitions and other transactions, and disputes arising under the federal and state securities laws. Ms. Garraux also counsels and litigates on behalf of health care providers in a variety of matters, including reimbursement disputes with health insurance companies under ERISA and defense to insurer recoupment demands, topics on which Ms. Garraux frequently writes.

Ms. Garraux has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, and has significant trial experience in both state and federal court. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Florida.
