Lauren Tarantello is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.

Ms. Tarantello's practice focuses on transactions in the healthcare industry, including mergers and acquisitions, hospital-physician contracts, and joint ventures. She recently represented Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in its affiliation with St. Joseph Health Systems, to form Covenant Health Network.
