Lindsey Kister is a law clerk in the Corporate Group of Cadwalader’s New York office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance. Lindsey represents clients in transactions such as public and private mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings and tender offers.

Lindsey received her B.A. in International Comparative Studies from Duke University, and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Associate Editor of theFordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
