Liz Dankers

Liz takes a diligent and analytical, business-minded approach as she represents clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation enforcement and counseling. Specifically, she handles cases involving contract disputes, government investigations, fraud, trademarks, asset forfeitures, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, products liability, securities class actions, and white collar crime. 

Liz also assists in efforts to mitigate future risk for clients by providing guidance concerning the development and implementation of strategies to avoid situations that could lead to investigations or potential litigation. 

Liz is comfortable working with a diverse range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, including those in the banking, finance, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. 

Giving back to her community is important to Liz. In the last few years, she has been heavily involved in representing pro bono clients navigating the asylum process in both federal and immigration court proceedings, including high stakes cases that garnered national media attention. 

Beyond her client work, Liz is committed to her firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
