Lorie Soares Lazarus is co-head of the Los Angeles Real Estate practice. She represents domestic and international commercial banks and other institutional lenders, institutional investment funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other entities in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate matters across the country. Lorie provides counsel on all aspects of real estate financing, including secured and unsecured lending and borrowing, intercreditor arrangements, post-financing asset management, workouts, loan restructurings, deeds-in-lieu and foreclosures. She advises clients on the acquisition of improved and unimproved properties, build-to-suit forward purchase arrangements and commercial leasing.
