Lucile Rolinet is an associate within the Paris office IP/IT/privacy team. She assists clients in all related matters involving information technology, intellectual property and data protection, notably for industries including, media and telecommunications, e-Commerce, advertising, banking, virtual currencies and payments, online services and luxury.

She advises French and international clients on issues relating to:

• Implementation and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”): (compliance audits, drafting of Data Protection Addendum, Privacy Impact Assessment, Drafting of privacy policy, and data retention policy, etc.);
• Drafting and negotiation of commercial and IT contracts (licensing outsourcing, SaaS, integration, cloud) and technology transfers;
• Intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, designs, domain names, trade secrets), unfair competition, commercial and consumer law.
