Lucy is an associate in our Manchester Labour & Employment team.  She trained with Squire Patton Boggs, also completing seats in the Corporate, Litigation, Real Estate and Pensions teams.

Lucy advises a wide range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. 

Experience

• Advising and assisting clients on a variety of employment issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and settlement agreements.

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of employment documentation including contracts of employment and staff handbooks.

• Advising and assisting employers in their defence of Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination.

• Advising a national recruitment agency in relation to the contracts of its agency workers.
