Lydia Choi is an associate and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She has a strong background in organic synthesis and methodology as well as biochemistry. She is a member of the firm’s Chemical, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Practice.
During law school, Ms. Choi was a summer associate in Foley’s IP Department where she assisted in drafting patent applications in various fields, including pharmaceutics, molecular biology, and biotechnology; drafting responses to office actions; drafting a freedom to operate analysis; and conducting patentability searches. Her experience also includes serving as a summer intern at a personal injury and commercial real estate litigation law firm in New York.
