Allyson Lumpkin is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta office. She conducts investigations and defends charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the state Human Rights Commissions. She represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in federal discrimination lawsuits. Allyson also represents employers in wage and hour lawsuits, including collective actions and discrimination lawsuits. Allyson also assists clients with general business-related litigation matters and has experience with trademark portfolio management for U.S. and international trademark registrations.
