Manuel Rustler is an associate in the firm’s Frankfurt office and member of the tax practice group. He advises clients with regard to the structuring and implementation of both cross-border and domestic investments and reorganizations.

Additionally, Manuel assists clients in the course of tax audits, tax appeal proceedings, and penal proceedings for tax fraud and other tax offenses.
