Margaret Johnson is an attorney on the Investment Management Team. She represents investment companies and investment advisers with respect to SEC compliance and reporting obligations, fund registration, corporate governance, and general business matters.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Margaret was a legal intern for Kohl’s Department Stores.
