Marie Rosolio is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
Ms. Rosolio represents employers and individual defendants in all types of employment litigation, including the defense of claims of sexual harassment, unlawful employment discrimination, retaliation and failure to provide reasonable accommodations. Ms. Rosolio also defends employers in wage and hour litigation, including representative and class action lawsuits. Ms. Rosolio practices in both state and federal court and before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the California Department of Industrial Relations - Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
Ms. Rosolio counsels clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including employee discipline and termination, whistleblower claims, lay-off procedures, reasonable accommodations under the ADA and FEHA, leaves of absence under Family Medical Leave Act and state laws, wage and hour laws, and harassment and discrimination issues.
