Masha Nazginova is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Employment Litigation & Arbitration and Labor-Management Relations groups. She represents employers and employer-based industry organizations in all aspects of labor and employment counseling and litigation before trial and appellate courts, as well as the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Masha was a litigation associate at an international law firm based in New York. Her experience includes defending against supervisory claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and counseling one of the country's largest retail debtors in labor union negotiations.
