Mark Scimeca is special counsel and a business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has experience in a wide variety of corporate law matters including corporate formation, operations, and governance, executive compensation, contract drafting, review and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising and finance transactions. He is a member of the firm’s Transactional and Securities Practice and Health Care Industry Team. Prior to joining Foley, Mark served as in-house counsel for over 20 years, including as general counsel and executive vice president for Harbor Retirement Associates and general counsel for CNL Real Estate Group.
