Mr. Roszak is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C office. He focuses on federal legislative and regulatory policy issues related to financial services and capital markets, with an emphasis on the regulation of hedge funds, consumer financial services, and the secondary mortgage market. 

He has experience with rulemaking and regulatory activity arising under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, particularly by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
