Matthew is an Associate in the firm’s New Haven office where his responsibilities include drafting patent applications and USPTO office action responses, assisting with patent litigation, conducting M&A due diligence, and drafting M&A agreements.
Before joining Wiggin and Dana as an Associate, Matthew was a student associate at the University of Connecticut Law School Intellectual Property Clinic, a legal intern at UTC Building and Industrial Systems, an extern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Virginia, and a Technical Services Engineer at Pratt and Whitney.
Matthew received his J.D. and an intellectual property certificate from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he also served as the Assistant Managing Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and was a participant in Judge Janet Bond Arterton’s Inns of Court. Matthew received his B.S. in Engineering with Mechanical Concentration from Oral Roberts University.
