Matthew J. Chapman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Chapman's practice involves all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation. This includes the drafting and operation of tax-qualified pension and profit sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, health and welfare arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and employment agreements.  Additionally, Mr. Chapman focuses on regulatory compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA.

Mr. Chapman earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2014, where he was awarded the David Stahl Memorial Award for attaining the highest grade average in the graduating class. He was also named to the Order of the Coif, received the Taintor Memorial Award, and served as a research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
