Matthew Liebenson advises clients on technology, intellectual property and commercial matters. He focuses his practice on strategic commercial transactions and outsourcing agreements, including procurement and distribution agreements, software licenses, consulting and professional services agreements, information technology (IT) transactions, and other business process outsourcing deals. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Matt was an associate at a large law firm where he advised technology clients ranging from start-ups to multinational companies on intellectual property and commercial contracts matters.
