Matthew A. Porter is a Principal in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He concentrates his practice exclusively on employment litigation and counseling.
Mr. Porter routinely advises employers on a wide variety of employment law issues, including allegations of unlawful discrimination, employee discipline and discharge, disability management, reductions in force, non-competition agreements, and litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Mr. Porter has substantial trial experience, and appears frequently in state and federal courts in employment-related litigation. Mr. Porter has litigated extensively in many different state and federal courts throughout the United States.
