Matthew S. Miner

Professional Biography

Matthew Miner is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Miner focuses his practice on white collar enforcement and compliance matters, as well as congressional inquiries and committee investigations. He has handled investigations involving alleged misconduct, including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, in jurisdictions on four continents. He has also represented corporations across a range of industries in both House and Senate congressional investigations.

Mr. Miner has nearly a decade of federal service experience, previously serving as a prosecutor and senior counsel to U.S. Senate committees. During his tenure with the Senate, he served in many senior roles, including as minority staff director for the Committee on the Judiciary and minority chief counsel for the Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts. He also held the positions of majority chief counsel for crime, terrorism, and oversight for the Senate Judiciary Committee and majority counsel for the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
