Matt’s practice focuses on complex, commercial, and employment litigation. He has experience representing a diverse set of clients, ranging from LLC’s and closely-held companies to large, multi-national corporations. Matt’s experience includes litigation in state and federal court, mediation, and arbitration before JAMS, the American Arbitration Association, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Experience 

• Defended major financial institutions in employment disputes in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and in court, including whistleblower claims, statutory discrimination, wrongful termination, and similar allegations.
• Represented companies in numerous industries in various commercial litigation, including extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, depositions, arbitration, and oral argument.
