Matthew W. Bedan

Matt Bedan has more than a decade of public and private sector experience with complex investigations, regulatory compliance and government enforcement matters in healthcare, life sciences and other high-risk industries. His practice focuses on assisting clients facing civil litigation, white-collar criminal allegations, and regulatory compliance issues, including court-appointed monitorships and Corporate Integrity Agreements. He also helps corporate clients design and implements effective internal compliance processes and controls, as well as monitoring and auditing governance functions.

Prior to joining Bradley, Matt worked in-house at AbbVie Pharmaceuticals, where he conducted internal investigations and compliance audits addressing risks related to fraud, corruption, regulatory compliance and data privacy obligations in the U.S. and over 100 global affiliates. Additionally, he is a former government prosecutor with extensive criminal and civil investigative experience, including money laundering, narcotics, weapons, racketeering and civil forfeiture matters.

Matt is a frequent writer and speaker on litigation and enforcement in the healthcare and life sciences industries and is an adjunct professor at the Florida State University College of Law, where he teaches data analytics and regulatory compliance.
