Megan O. Curran

Megan O. Curran is an associate and business litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Privacy, Security & Information Management, and Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations Practices.

Ms. Curran was a summer associate for Foley (2009) and also obtained experience with the San Francisco Superior Court in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program where she assisted in the planning and implementation of the Asbestos Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Curran served as a staff assistant for the Office of Congresswoman Susan Davis.


Ms. Curran earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 2010) where she earned a CALI Award (top student of the class) in negotiations and ADR Externship Class. She was also a board member of the U.C. Hastings Negotiation Team. Ms. Curran graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in political science and a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley (B.A., 2006). While at Berkeley, she completed an honors thesis and received numerous honors recognitions. Ms. Curran spent one year of undergraduate study at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in Spain.

Megan is admitted to practice in California. She can also practice in front of the Northern, Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. Megan is also fluent in Spanish.
