Michael Campbell has successfully recovered money and assets for lenders where others have failed. He is co-chair of the Loan Enforcement practice and brings experience and creativity to the enforcement and resolution of problem loans, and his clients count on his more than 25 years of experience representing lenders and creditors on a variety of matters. 

Michael has prosecuted and defended lender liability claims, receivership and loan recovery actions, UCC foreclosures, fraud claims, RICO claims, Regulation B claims, mechanic’s lien actions, injunctive relief and a wide variety of other actions. Michael has also enforced numerous security interests in goods, inventory, equipment, farm products, accounts, leases (including crop leases and trees), intellectual property, riparian rights, and similar personal property collateral.
