Mike is a trial lawyer whose current practice is focused on medical malpractice, as well as general business and liability litigation. He has represented health care organizations, institutions, and professionals in disputes involving technical and complex subject matter.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Mike defended physicians and physician practice groups in all phases of the dispute, from pre-litigation negotiations through trial. And as a former Assistant District Attorney, Mike prosecuted numerous jury trials including cases involving business fraud and embezzlement – invaluable experience that afforded him first-hand insight into how juries weigh and consider the evidence and issues of a case.
