Michael Langer is a senior associate in the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice in our Berlin office. He advises clients in relation to national and international tax and real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions and associated tax aspects as well as the structuring of purchase and lease agreements. Additionally, Michael provides advice on all aspects of turnover and customs law as well as in the area of tax accounting law and real estate transfer tax. Furthermore, he represents clients within the scope of external audits, and with respect to the fiscal authorities and fiscal courts.
