Michael S. Foster

Michael Foster grew up fascinated by the stock market and finance in general. By age seven, he was reading the business page of the Kansas City Star. After majoring in finance and minoring in accounting at Drake University, he went to law school in his hometown of Kansas City. Michael now uses his finance and accounting background to concentrate on financial and fiduciary litigation. He also handles complex business litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country.

  • With another Polsinelli attorney, received the Legal Champion Award from the Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2018 for successful representation of an inmate over health concerns, where the verdict led Missouri prisons to go smoke-free.
