Michael A. Schultz is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP focused on corporate and transactional matters. In his practice, Mr. Schultz counsels both start-up and established businesses on a wide range of day-to-day legal and business issues, including corporate formation, angel and venture capital financings, private placements of securities, and initial public offerings. He also counsels clients in connection with various strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business unit divestitures and subsidiary dispositions.
