Michele regularly assists businesses, property owners, and districts evaluate, buy, sell, permit, protect, treat, discharge, and store water and wastewater.
She assists businesses and property owners with water, environmental, mineral and oil and gas ownership and entitlements related to energy, industrial, commercial, mining, and residential development projects. Her most recent projects include evaluating and securing short and long term groundwater, surface water, Colorado River water, Central Arizona Project water, and effluent water supplies for residential, commercial and industrial development and energy projects, due diligence evaluations for solar and mining projects, applications for state and federal land entitlements, applications for and issues related to various environmental permits including NPDES/AZPDES discharge permits, and administrative agency appeals and litigation related to these projects.
