Michelle Harkavy concentrates her practice on assisting clients with the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans and OFCCP compliance and audits. She also represents management in litigation and employment matters with a focus on EEOC charges and Title VII litigation. She also drafts employee handbooks and conducts policy and handbook review. Additionally, she conducts and presents management training programs. Earlier in her career, Michelle practiced as an associate in a general practice firm and in-house with a real estate development company.
Michelle is a member of the Labor & Employment Sections of the American Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. She serves as Ford & Harrison's pro bono counsel to the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis, Inc.
