Miguel is a native of Caracas, Venezuela. Before moving to the United States, he lived in Panama, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan.

Provides immigration counsel to information technology companies, financial and banking institutions, manufacturers, health care providers and higher education.
Assist in the preparation and filing of Family-based immigrant visas petitions;
Represent foreign nationals before Department of Homeland Security, the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Department of State;
Assists U.S. companies in preparing an employment eligibility compliance program and related corporate policies to achieve improved I-9 compliance and defend against government investigations.
