Moriah Daugherty advises clients on a broad range of cybersecurity, data privacy, and litigation issues, including internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance with state and federal privacy laws.
As part of her cybersecurity practice, Ms. Daugherty specializes in assisting clients in responding to cybersecurity incidents. Ms. Daugherty also advises clients on national security and law enforcement related compliance issues. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Daugherty worked for the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Ms. Daugherty is a member of the Virginia Bar. She is not currently admitted in the District of Columbia, but is supervised by principals of the firm.
