The founder of the firm in 1970, Morrie Much (retired) was an experienced real estate and business lawyer who advised clients in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and other business matters. His clients included developers, investors, syndicates, brokers, banks, insurance companies, pension funds and mortgage bankers.
As owner’s counsel, Morrie purchased, sold, leased and financed real estate projects, including shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial and multifamily residential properties. On behalf of lenders, Morrie structured construction loans and permanent mortgage loans for land development and for commercial, industrial and multifamily residential properties.
