Natalie A. Bennett is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses primarily on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent infringement litigation. Natalie has litigated a broad range of technologies in the computer networking, electrical, biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts.
Natalie re-joins McDermott after serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 2012 to 2013. She earlier served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John D. Love of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas from 2009 to 2010. She has a broad range of litigation experience, including drafting motions, conducting legal research and analysis, coordinating discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with consultants and expert witnesses, preliminary injunction proceedings, and preparing for trial.
