Natalie Mitchell focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, trade associations, and energy and commodities market participants who operate in a variety of different roles.  Her work includes enforcement defense, both before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, advising on regulatory matters, and assisting with transactions.  Natalie also currently serves as an Associate Trustee to the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs.
