Nathan has background in biochemistry, and his practice is focused on patent portfolio management and enforcement strategies in the field of biotech, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Nathan counsels clients regarding all aspects of intellectual property, including patent prosecution, IP due diligence, and non-infringement & validity opinions. He also has experience with patent litigations, post grant reviews, and interference proceedings.
